PERSONAL TRAINING
The Bremerton Tennis & Athletic Club is pleased to bring you a well-rounded team of fitness professionals to service all of your needs. You will find that each member of our team is certified by a nationally recognized certifying body and brings a unique style and personality to their work. We have several levels of certifications, experience, and expertise. There are a variety of training packages available to fit your fitness needs.

FITNESS ASSESSMENT
Upon joining, members receive a complimentary, comprehensive evaluation to determine a baseline fitness level. We will set up an initial workout routine and orient you to our selectorized equipment.
The assessment includes the following tests: heart rate and blood pressure, weight, circumference and body fat, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility.
** For their safety, all youth 14-18 are required to have an orientation prior to working out on the equipment. (Under the age of 14, our members must work out with a parent.) We strongly recommend an orientation for ALL of our teen members
GROUP EXERCISE
Group exercise is a very popular way for people to achieve several common goals.

- Workout with friends
- Exercise to good music while being lead by a qualified instructor.
It is most importantly, a great way for you to get inspired, connect with new friends and stay on track with your goals. All of our group exercise instructors are certified through ACE, AFAA, Yoga Fit, ACSM, or other specialty certifications highly touted in our industry. We work hard to create a variety of classes that flow through the week in a way that allows our members to experience an appropriate full body and cardio workout via alternating days and times.

SPIN CLASS
Indoor Spin Classes:
Offered at a variety of times throught the week, our fun indoor spin classes are enjoyed by those with a variety of cycle expereince and will get you in shape for outdoor riding or simply offer the opportunity to build general fitness. Our new, leading-edge Keiser magnetic resistance cycles are smooth and quiet and our instructors are experienced indoor, as well as outdoor riders.
